Entry and Mid-Level Landscape Architect/ Designer

Gruen Associates, an award-winning Los Angeles architectural, landscape architectural, and planning firm is seeking local Entry-level Landscape Designer and Mid-level landscape architect/designer with abilities to design and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team. Urban planners with an interest in landscape architecture are encouraged to apply.

We highly value knowledge of design theory, attention to detail, and strong visual, graphic, and writing abilities. The responsibilities for this role could include field investigation, research, analysis, planning, sustainable design, graphics production, Construction drawings, and public engagement. Our Urban Design, Planning and Landscape Department offers urban/streetscape design, planning, landscape architecture, and transportation services to public and private clients at the local, regional, state, and national levels.

Required Skills And Experience

Entry to Mid-level Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoshopRevit, Rhino, Lumion and/or other rendering programs are desiredWriting and communication skillsLandscape Architecture license is a plus

Education

Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Urban Planning is required.

Salary

$70,000-$100,000 Annually commensurate with experience
