Job Description:

As an Entry-Level Architect, you will play a vital role in producing construction contract documents of basic complexity while adhering to approved methods and standards under the guidance of experienced supervisors. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing design presentation materials that meet the prescribed standards. Collaborating with both architectural and engineering teams to develop effective building designs. Gathering essential background information, including 'as-built' data and conducting field surveys as required. Researching construction materials, methodologies, and technologies as directed. Performing additional duties as required to support project needs. Minimum Qualifications:

You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with no prior experience required. Equivalent additional related experience will be accepted in lieu of a college degree. Some domestic and/or international travel may be necessary, depending on the duties and essential functions of the role.

Job Site Location: Arizona - Phoenix

Skills and Abilities:

We are looking for candidates with:

Basic knowledge of construction materials and methodologies. Familiarity with Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD), preferably AutoCAD. Understanding of modeling and rendering software programs. Proficiency in basic business office software including Word and Excel. Good written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Revit and/or Sketchup is a plus. Additional Information:
