We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.Job DescriptionPosition Duties:Works with business sponsors, project teams and other corporate entities to define, assemble and integrate components based on Ford standards and business requirements (examples: hardware, software, availability, scalability and reliability)Works with project teams to analyze and translate desired business capabilities into solution concepts and models to deliver business valueCreates or supports the creation of artifacts and models for a well-defined project with limited scope ensuring compliance to architecture standardsDrives alignment between specific architecture projects and related IT projects and plans, by working with appropriate IT and business team membersCollaborates with others to develop and maintain current and future state architecture standards, guidelines, blueprints and roadmapsConducts architecture related research as directed by management to better understand architecture for a specific domainEvaluates and/or builds innovations and/or prototypes based on researchProvides input and guidance to support architecture governanceProvides support to teams to analyze and identify issues when the architecture does not meet requirements (e.g. performance, scalability, data design, integration testing, audit compliance, information failure mode analysis)Preferred Requirements:Experience in trouble shooting complex systems, performance testing and tuningExperience with client applicationsExperience with Interoperability methodsNetwork knowledgeExperience with interfaces and J2EE technologiesExperience working with global teams on complex projectsExperience with VMware, Linux and Windows operating systemsExperience with SQL Server database systemsNegotiation skills and ability to work with several and diverse set of stakeholders/customersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline3 to 7 years of relevant work experience in ArchitectureDemonstrated ability to work independently, on multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong architecture knowledge with experience in providing technical solutions for applicationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAdditional InformationFeel free to forward my email to your friends/colleagues who might be availableThanks!! !Regards,Sweta VermaIT RecruiterIntegrated Resources, Inc.Inc.
