We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Architectural Designer for full-time employment. Assist project teams in the development of architectural concepts, drawings, and presentation materials across a range of project types and scales.Prepare architectural drawings, renderings, diagrams, and physical or digital models under the guidance of intermediate and senior staff.Support the preparation and coordination of design development and construction documents.Conduct research on materials, products, building systems, codes, and precedents to support project development.Assist in the preparation of design studies, spatial layouts, and visual presentations.Collaborate closely with project teams to maintain design integrity, accuracy, precision, and clarity throughout all phases of work.Participate in project meetings, consultant coordination, site visits, and field surveys as required.Contribute thoughtfully to the collaborative design process and studio culture.Demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and a commitment to continued professional growth and learning. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required.0–3 years of professional experience in architecture or a related field.Strong conceptual thinking, design sensibility, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required; experience with Rhino and other 3D modeling software is desirable.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite required.Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through drawings, models, renderings, hand sketching, and verbal presentation.Strong graphic, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also contributing proactively and independently when required.High level of accuracy, attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity.Interest in architecture, art, materiality, craftsmanship, and thoughtfully designed environments. Selldorf Architects follows a hybrid work model based out of our New York City Union Square office, with in-office presence required Monday through Thursday and the option to work remotely on Fridays. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $58,000–$70,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and skill set, in addition to a discretionary quarterly bonus
