Job Description
Entry‑Level Architecture Designer – Boston, MA. Working with a senior architect or project manager to produce client‑focused design solutions, perform calculations, apply code requirements, coordinate deliverables, and support cross‑discipline collaboration.
Responsibilities

Work closely with a senior architect or project manager to prepare and present design solutions to team members.
Perform basic architectural calculations, concept design, and drafting of specifications, graphics, reports, and data tables.
Apply relevant building code requirements to designs.
Organize deliverable packages.
Write meeting notes, memos, emails, and reports.
Gather and synthesize technical data on materials.
Conduct field investigations, measurements, and element identification, translating findings into drawings.
Maintain RFI inventories, transmissions, and schedules.
Coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines such as civil, structural, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, landscape and urban design.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling software.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask questions and learn from co‑workers.
Strong prioritization skills and commitment to meeting deadlines.
Experience with Microsoft 365 applications such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Designer.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Enscape, or other rendering software.
