ResponsibilitiesDefine and contribute to the overall ERP and enterprise application architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise technology standardsDesign and integrate ERP systems with other enterprise platforms, ensuring compatibility across multiple systems, technologies, and data environmentsEvaluate current systems and recommend improvements or new technology solutions to enhance business performance and efficiencyCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ERP architecture solutionsLead and support system integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across applications and platformsEnsure ERP solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards for enterprise systemsProvide technical guidance and architectural direction to project teams and developersIdentify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to optimize ERP capabilities and enterprise operationsDevelop and maintain documentation, standards, and architectural models for ERP systemsSupport troubleshooting and resolution of complex system integration and performance issuesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field requiredMaster’s degree or MBA preferredStrong understanding of enterprise application architecture and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms)Experience designing and integrating complex enterprise systems across multiple platformsDemonstrated ability to solve system integration, compatibility, and performance challengesExperience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutionsKnowledge of enterprise data, application, and infrastructure architecture principlesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT teamsAbility to work independently and contribute to enterprise-level technical decisionsPreferred Qualifications Experience with global ERP implementations or transformationsFamiliarity with cloud-based ERP architectures and integration technologiesKnowledge of data architecture, data integration, and analytics ecosystemsExperience in regulated industries such as healthcare or medical technologyExposure to enterprise security, compliance, and governance frameworksExperience influencing architecture standards and best practices across organizationsCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in defining and integrating ERP systems with enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategies and compliance standards.
