We are currently seeking a Project Manager with 12+ years of experience to join our New Orleans studio. Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases, from planning and design through construction administration and project closeout.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.Develop and manage project schedules, workplans, staffing plans, and deliverable timelines to support successful project execution.Monitor project scope, budget, schedule, profitability, and overall project performance, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues as they arise.Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including proposals, contracts, meeting materials, additional services requests, and consultant coordination documentation.Support business development efforts through fee estimation, scope definition, proposal preparation, and client engagement activities.Lead project coordination efforts related to client presentations, permitting and regulatory reviews, stakeholder engagement, and interdisciplinary consultant integration.Oversee quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet firm standards, client expectations, and applicable codes and regulations.Support construction administration activities, including coordination with contractors, review of RFIs and submittals, and management of project changes.Mentor and support project team members, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional development.Collaborate with firm leadership on project strategy, staffing, and resource planning across the studio. 12+ years architectural experience, with at least five (5) years of recent Project Manager experience.Professional degree in architecture required and active licenseProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with full responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget.Experience preparing proposals, fee estimates, scopes of work, and contracts.Strong understanding of all project phases, including construction documentation and construction administration.Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.Proficiency in Revit and standard project management and communication software.
