The Executive Director, Architecture provides design leadership and vision for the development of the University’s built environment in support of the University’s Mission and Strategic Plan for the Coral Gables, Rosenstiel and Richmond Campuses. Leads, oversees and guides the functions and activities of various departments including of Architecture, Interior Design, Campus Planning and Space Planning and Analysis to ensure a high quality of service in support of the University’s mission and values. Adheres to and Supports the University and unit-level policies and procedures related to the design of facilities and campus environment. Ability to develop institutional design standards, project management processes, and the ability to develop design vision that align with the University’s design vision.
