Executive Director, University Architect

The Executive Director, Architecture provides design leadership and vision for the development of the University's built environment in support of the University's Mission and Strategic Plan for the Coral Gables, Rosenstiel and Richmond Campuses. Reviews and evaluates the planning of campus facilities for conformance with the University's sustainability goals and best practices. Ability to develop institutional design standards, project management processes, and the ability to develop design vision that align with the University's design vision. Leads, develops and guides the implementation of design and planning standards, guidelines, and policies that support the University's mission and values. Leads, guides and evaluates the functions and activities of the various design departments including Architecture, Interior Design, Campus Planning, Space Planning and Analysis and campus sustainability goals for alignment with University's mission and values.
