The Project Manager & Architect (PM/PA) is responsible for leading the design, documentation, and execution of multifamily and retail projects from concept through construction. Project Leadership & Design Execution • Lead multifamily and retail projects through all phases, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. • 7–15 years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on multifamily and mixed‑use projects.
