Experienced Architect/Project Manager

Position:

Cathexes Architecture is looking for an experienced architectural professional to play a hand in leading the architectural discourse of this region.

Your responsibilities will include managing clients, consultants & internal support staff while working with other quality architects to take design ideas from conception through construction completion. Other responsibilities include project budgeting, scheduling, overall accountability for the project (that means you), and being committed to something greater than yourself!

Requirements:

Min. 8 years of experience in commercial design, residential design & project management with Revit is a must.
Competency in Adobe suite preferred [Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design].
You must maintain the ability to have a good time, laugh at yourself as well as others.
Good organizational, time management and communication skills with clients & coworkers.
Licensure/Education:

NCARB or NSBAIDRD licensed professional

OR

Candidate for registration having completed required internships and received either a B-Arch/M-Arch from an NAAB accredited architectural school.
