Experienced Project Architect

We are a flexible company that believes in giving back to our communities. As a result, a full-time position is available for an Experienced Project Architect at our Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will have any/all the following: • Experience leading architectural teams through each stage of project development for aviation and federal facilities • Experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders • Experience mentoring younger technical staff • Experience leading architectural teams through bidding and construction administration phase services for aviation facilities • LEED AP, WELL Accredited Professional, or Guiding Principles Compliance Professional • NCARB Certified • Business development experience – seeking out and following through on new project opportunities in coordination with a team • Experience or familiarity with generative AI-driven tools, platforms, or systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and reduce errors.
