Experienced Project Architect

This position would lead project teams focused on delivering architectural services for our various project types. Responsibilities include: • Leading multi-disciplinary in-house and sub-consultant team members • Working closely with clients and design partners • Mentoring junior staff • Leading the design and coordination of project teams • Perform predesign services such as feasibility, programming, and site analysis studies • Building and maintaining strong team relationships • Executing project workplans • Scheduling and facilitating team meetings • Developing and delivering presentations to clients, partners, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) • Other duties as assigned. The successful candidate must have the following: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture from an accredited college or university • At least 6 years of relevant experience • Architectural license is required.
