This role requires expertise in producing layouts, renderings, videos, CAD files, and specification books to effectively communicate design concepts and ensure accurate project execution. Produce CAD drawings and technical documentation for construction and implementation. Prepare specification books outlining materials, finishes, and design standards. Proven experience (minimum 2–3 years) in exterior design or architectural visualization. Ability to produce video presentations using design visualization software.
