Role Description The Project Architect will lead and oversee all phases of design and construction projects, including conceptual design, project documentation, and construction administration. Proficiency in architectural design, including conceptualization, planning, and execution of creative and functional building designsExperience in project management, including managing schedules, budgets, and documentationStrong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and permitting processesTechnical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design softwareStrong communication, collaboration, and client relationship management skillsAttention to detail and ability to ensure the quality and accuracy of designsProfessional architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) and architectural licensure preferred5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
