Client Relationships and Business Development Strategy: Work closely with the current Federal + Industrial Sector Leader, business development teams and the firm’s senior leadership to maintain and strengthen existing Federal client relationships. Work closely with the firm’s current Design/Build clients on opportunities and proposal presentations. Travel to meet the current D/B partners and work to develop new relationships for Federal D/B work. Work with the firm’s current Federal + Industrial Sector Leader to develop and implement a comprehensive, metrics-driven understanding of the firm\'s Federal business development strategy and transition the sector to the new Federal Architectural Lead.
