Space programming for a wide range of military facility types.Creating conceptual building plans, diagrams, and other graphics.Working with external cost estimators to develop order-of-magnitude estimates.Preparing for and attending user interviews, site visits, meetings, and presentations.Managing tasks or projects including budget, time, and team deliverables.Planning and facilitating interactive workshops and other engagement activities.Collaborating with clients, colleagues, and team members to deliver successful results. Three or more years of experience performing work in a professional setting related to architecture or facility planning, preferably for large institutional clients.A master’s or bachelor’s degree in architecture or closely related field.Registered Architect or on the path to licensure.Leadership skills and ability to manage budget and time in a team environmentTechnical writing skills for report production, data management and other documents.Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office.A valid driver’s license and ability to conduct field work which may include travel.
