Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Amazon Connect solutions
Lead business and technology analysis while providing CRM domain expertise
Oversee client architecture initiatives from inception to completion
Required Qualifications
US citizenship required, with ability to obtain security clearance(s)
4-6+ years of consulting experience in Salesforce or AWS ecosystems, preferably in a Federal environment
2+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Amazon Connect
Practical exposure to Agile methodology
Highly preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator and AWS Cloud Practitioner
