Pella Corporation is seeking a motivated, self‑driven Trade Sales Consultant to grow and manage customer relationships in a dynamic, field‑based sales role. What You’ll Do Achieve sales goals by delivering tailored solutions and market expertiseSpend 50%+ of time in the field meeting with current and prospective customersBuild long‑term relationships with builders, contractors, architects, remodelers, and trade organizationsDevelop new business through networking, referrals, and face‑to‑face meetingsPartner with customers to help grow their businesses and ensure high satisfactionThe salary range for this position is $50,000–$60,000 plus $13k+ in guaranteed commission, plus uncapped commission, and reflects factors such as experience, skills, certifications, education, location, and market conditions.
