The Five9 Architect will be supporting the strategy, design and technical governance of the global Five9 CCaaS Infrastructure, network connectivity, telephony architecture and carrier relationships throughout the enterprise cloud migration. 7 – 10 years of experience working as a Solutions Architect with a focus on Contact Center, Infrastructure and Telephony solutions. Knowledge of carrier integration patterns. Verint WEM infrastructure integration experience. The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
