Company Description DOB & EEL Design Studio is a small, highly experienced design practice based in Austin, Texas. We focus on custom residential architecture while also working on interior design and select small-scale commercial projects. We do remodels, multi-room additions, and ground-up new builds, supported by state-of-the-art digital tools and a rigorous design process. **MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FROM HOME - and have own computer set up with AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup.Proficiency in Project Management, including organizing project phases, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients.Advanced skills in design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction methods relevant to residential projects, preferably with experience doing these things in Austin.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program; professional licensure or active pursuit of licensure is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively in a small studio environment, communicate clearly, and respond constructively to feedback. ***We also work from home!
