Role: Frontend Architect (React) Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite) Duration: 12 months Define and own the frontend architecture roadmap, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.Lead the design and development of complex React-based applications.Establish coding standards, UI/UX guidelines, and reusable component libraries.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.Evaluate and recommend new frontend tools, frameworks, and technologies.Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to best practices.Optimize application performance (rendering, bundle size, caching, etc. Experience with Next.js or other SSR (Server-Side Rendering) frameworks.Exposure to performance monitoring tools (New Relic, Datadog, Lighthouse).Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA).Prior experience in leading large-scale web application projects.Why Join Us?
