As an Architectural Designer, you will lead and participate in all phases of residential design, from initial concept to final construction. Your expertise in zoning regulations, building codes, and material sourcing will be essential in delivering projects that align with client goals, budgets, and timelines. Our on-site Project Managers are charged with managing all aspects of our residential remodeling projects. You will manage schedules and timelines, labor budgets, job costs, ensure quality of work and supervise work performed by support carpenters and trade partners, as well as interact with clients.
