Full Time Project Architect

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Architect who is passionate about transforming communities through innovative, thoughtful design and who thrives in a collaborative, energetic, and professional team environment.

We are looking for a candidate to serve as a leader in the design production and will work closely with each discipline in the development of projects from beginning to end, focusing on budget, scheduling, design, client and consultant communication and coordination, QA/QC, construction administration, and project close out for all projects.

Serve as Project Architect responsible for technical execution and delivery of projects
Lead internal project teams and mentor junior staff
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with Project Managers
Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program

Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure)
5+ years of progressive architectural experience, including ownership of commercial projects

Proven experience managing projects from schematic design through construction administrationExperience coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams (civil, structural, MEP, landscape, etc.)Demonstrated success working directly with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
Advanced knowledge of building systems, materials, detailing, and constructability
Strong understanding of International Building Code and applicable local/state building codesExperience with permitting and regulatory approval processesAbility to develop comprehensive specifications and review consultant documents
• Software Proficiency:
Proficiency in Revit requiredExperience with rendering and visualization softwareProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project) and Adobe Creative Suite
