Full Time Project Architect

Ferguson Construction has a rare opportunity for you to develop as an architect. This position will lead the design‑build process from conception to completion. This position will mentor our talented young staff and help support our commitment to co‑ops in our design department. Functioning as part of a small to medium‑sized design department, the position will both manage and take a variety of large and small projects in the industrial, commercial, non‑profit, educational, recreational, retail, religious, and healthcare buildings from conceptual design through final design and detailing. Collaborate with internal colleagues such as our Director of Design, Architectural and Civil Designers, Business Development professionals, Estimators, Project Managers, Site Superintendents, and Crew Leaders.
