Required Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years post-graduate experience in architectural practice. B. Arch of M. Arch degree from an accredited NAAB university. Strong technical knowledge of Conceptual Design, Building Planning and Detailing, Construction Documentation and Construction Administration. Construction experience is highly valued. Proficient in ArchiCad, with an understanding of Autocad. Experience in modeling projects and producing Construction Documents, including architectural details & coordination of Structural/MEP. Advanced graphic skills with the ability to identify and pick up changes accurately. Maintain overall understanding of design intent and how changes will impact on the project and it's budget.
