Experience in high end residential, plus construction experience is preferred Required Experience: B. Arch of M. Arch degree from an accredited NAAB university. Strong technical knowledge of Conceptual Design, Building Planning and Detailing, Construction Documentation and Construction Administration. Experience in modeling projects and producing Construction Documents, including architectural details & coordination of Structural/MEP.
