Full Time Project Architect

Position Description: The Project Architect will be a key leader on the team responsible for guiding clients through the design process while producing high quality construction documents. This role is fully responsible for multiple multifamily and/or small commercial projects. This role will also be responsible for supporting project pipeline development with multifamily/affordable housing clients throughout North Carolina and Virginia.
Be an Expert Guide to Clients by Leading Architecture Services:
Construction Documents.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
Understand, Communicate, and Ensure the Execution of Client’s Values, Goals, and Vision for their project.
Facilitating Bi-Weekly Client Meetings (w/ Agendas + Minutes).
Partner with Firm Executives + Business Development Staff to Win Projects.
Specific Experience in Subsidized Affordable Housing Projects (Esp. Strong understanding of Project Management. Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Projects are On Budget + On Schedule.
