This role focuses on creating current state and target state Business Architecture artifacts, developing Business Architecture models, and aligning Business Models to Application Models in support of Application Portfolio Management (APM) capabilities. Develop Business Architecture models that capture the agency’s capabilities, business processes, value streams, and organizational structures. Develop and maintain the Agency Business Architecture roadmap, identifying transition activities required to evolve from current state to target state. Support the development of the Agency Target Enterprise Architecture by contributing the business architecture perspective to enterprise architecture artifacts. Demonstrated experience developing Business Architecture artifacts including capability maps, value streams, business process models, and target state architectures.
