Fully Remote Project Architect

C. is a full-service mid-sized architectural firm with expertise in architecture and building sciences for the design and restoration of building enclosures. We are seeking a Project Architect with prior experience to join our team and work on a variety of projects for commercial, institutional and Higher Education clients, focusing on architecture, building enclosure and sustainable design. The desired candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day design strategies, production of contract documents, coordinating and assisting the Project team from project beginning to closeout. Responsible for specific technical design aspects and production of an assigned project, including investigation. 6-10 years of architectural design experience, preferably with a focus on building envelope systems.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.Strong understanding of building materials, systems, and construction methods.Bell & Spina, Architects-Planners is a mid-sized professional firm located in downtown Syracuse with a satellite office in Pittsford, NY, comprised of architects, engineers, and building enclosure specialists.
