Job Title: GEN AI Architect Duration: 6 Months Location: Hybrid (2 days in week , Preferred Location : Durham, NC) if not then (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) Summary We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Agentic AI Architect to design, build PoCs, framework for Agentic and Multi-Agent AI systems. Primary Responsibilities This role will work closely with US Pharma – Tech team on future ready designs in the Field Insights to improve field force effectiveness & Patient Services in Market Access team for US Commercial pharma. Agentic System Architecture: Design and implement stateful multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI, defining roles, planning loops, and Agent Orchestration framework (e.g., C3, n8n). Hands-on Prototyping: Build functional proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to validate agent reasoning, tool use (function calling), and RAG performance before moving to production. Orchestration and Observability: Familiar and ready to experiments robust orchestration framework such as MSFT Agent 365 to ensure high-stakes decisions are safe.
