Supporting contact center operations remotely, the contract Genesys Developer/Architect will architect and design AI-powered solutions, troubleshoot issues within the Genesys platform, and manage onboarding for new service lines and clinics. Key responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to define technology-driven solutions for business challenges Architect and design AI-powered contact center solutions, integrating technologies like Conversational AI Troubleshoot and resolve approximately 300 tickets per month within the Genesys platform Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Deep familiarity with the Genesys platform, including migration from on-premise to cloud environments (Genesys Cloud CX) Experience with contact center operations and familiarity with telecom providers
