To support contact center operations, the remote contract Genesys Engineer/Architect will be responsible for rebuilding and expanding the Genesys environment, integrating AI capabilities, and managing troubleshooting and onboarding for new service lines. Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to identify business challenges and define technology-driven solutions Architect and design AI-powered contact center solutions, integrating technologies like Conversational AI Troubleshoot issues within the Genesys platform, managing approximately 300 tickets per month Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including migration from on-premise to cloud Experience in contact center operations and familiarity with telecom providers Some architecture experience is preferred Proven ability to troubleshoot and onboard new service lines onto the Genesys platform
