Global Solutions Architect

As a Global Solutions Architect, you will work closely with account teams to assess and enhance customer data center environments. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with account teams to assess and understand customer data center environments and the associated infrastructure technologies.Design and propose customized infrastructure solutions that are in sync with customers' business objectives.Establish and nurture technical relationships with OEMs and strategic partners while keeping abreast of the latest product information.Deliver product training and technical education to sales teams and customers to enhance understanding and engagement.Act as a trusted IT advisor for clients, working alongside Field Account Executives to support their needs.Manage the solution practice pipeline, devising strategies for top prospects and new business acquisition.Identify technology opportunities across Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, Collaboration, and Services sectors.Develop solutions tailored to customers’ requirements and budget constraints through strategic planning initiatives.Engage with multiple levels of client contacts, including CIOs, IT Directors, and CTOs, ensuring comprehensive account management.Educate and empower sales teams on technical selling, product training, services, and emerging technology trends.Desired Behaviors and Competencies: Intermediate experience in complex Data Center sales opportunities.Intermediate ability to design data center infrastructures, including hybrid cloud and SDDC.Intermediate knowledge of virtualization technologies and automation.Intermediate ability to communicate and sell complex technical products by understanding customer needs.Intermediate expertise in technologies such as Dell Technologies, NetApp, HPE, Cisco, and AWS.Intermediate experience with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions.Other Requirements: Compensation will vary based on individual qualifications and market location.
