Acting as a trusted technical advisor, the full-time remote Google Cloud Architect will define enterprise-wide cloud strategies, oversee complex solution implementations, and establish governance frameworks while mentoring engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
Define and implement multi-year strategies for cloud adoption and modernization, focusing on Google Cloud services
Architect and lead the deployment of large-scale solutions, ensuring security and compliance across cloud environments
Drive continuous improvement in cloud architecture delivery and mentor a team of Senior/Lead Cloud Engineers
Required qualifications
5-10 years of experience in Cloud Architecture leadership roles managing enterprise-scale transformations
Mastery of Google Cloud services and deep architectural experience in AWS or Azure
Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification preferred, along with secondary cloud provider certification
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
Experience with at least one programming language, such as Java or Python
