Graduate Architect / Architectural Designer

This role will work closely with project teams across all WMF locations, contributing to a wide range of project types from schematic design through construction administration. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000 – $60,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Perform architectural assignments under the direction of a licensed architect Support project teams on small projects or portions of larger, more complex projects Assist in developing design concepts including 3D models, renderings, plans, and presentations Prepare design layouts and contribute through research and documentation Support preparation of construction drawings and specifications Develop and model basic project details Conduct product and material research Assist with coordination of consultants and project documentation Support project teams in maintaining schedules, budgets, and deliverables Assist with construction administration tasks, including submittals and RFIs Exposure to diverse project types across multiple markets Hands-on experience across all project phases (SD through CA) Direct collaboration with senior staff and firm leadership Opportunity to work with integrated, multi-office project teams We offer a collaborative, team-oriented culture with a strong emphasis on mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and professional growth.
