GTM Operations Process Architect

Owning the end-to-end processes and automation for Central Operations, the full-time remote GTM Operations Process Architect will design and implement systems for territory management, quota adjustments, and user segmentation while driving cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Own the process and tooling roadmap for Central Policy and Operations, aligning strategic direction with investment needs Drive cross-functional initiatives to align territory, quota, and adjustment data for AI enablement Design and implement automation for workflows in Salesforce to reduce manual intervention and contractor dependency Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in business operations, systems development, or technical program management Proven track record of delivering end-to-end systems or tooling programs in a cross-functional environment Strong SQL proficiency and experience with data architecture or systems integration Experience leading process redesign and automation initiatives that improved operational efficiency Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions across functions
