Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
7-10+ years of experience, often with a focus on high-end residential or commercial projects.Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Registered Architect (RA) license is often required for senior roleso.Roles & Responsibilities:
Design Development: Developing comprehensive landscape or interior architectural plans, including 3D renderings and material selections to achieve a "harmonious" aesthetic.Project Management: Managing project budgets, timelines, consultant coordination, and ensuring compliance with zoning/building codes.Client & Team Leadership: Serving as primary client contact, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with contractors and engineers.Technical Execution: Producing detailed construction documents, performing site visits, and overseeing construction administration (RFIs, submittals)
