Healthcare Architect

We are looking for a full-time Licensed Healthcare Architect to join our Bridgeport or Charleston, WV Office. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Works with project design team on projects throughout all phases of design. Preparation or original architectural design layouts, details, drawings, and specifications. Review architectural document for areas of conflict with all disciplines. Coordinate and integrate design work between the architectural discipline and other engineering disciplines. Utilize critical thinking to evaluate, select and apply design skills and techniques to project related assignments.
To be successful in this position, you will bring:
NCARB Registered Architect A minimum of five (5) years' of related experience. Experience with Revit Software a plus. Familiarity with local codes and authorities having jurisdiction. Knowledge of FGI Guidelines for Healthcare Facilities Possess the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Proficient with managing client/owner/contractor relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Leadership and time management skills to keep projects on schedule and on budget. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage project priorities Possesses the ability to mentor junior staff. Periodic travel will be required.
