Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Studio Leader and Studio Manager to coordinate market strategy. Research and analyze trends and relevant topics in the healthcare sector. Establish and maintain strong relationships with RDG clients and strategic consulting partners. Pursue and secure project opportunities to achieve annual revenue goals. Oversee the creation of marketing materials for proposals and project pursuits. Work with the Studio Leader to develop annual revenue goals and an expense budget related to revenue pursuits. Qualifications:

Proven leadership abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A resourceful contributor to our healthcare team, driving brand growth and market share. Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills combined with excellent interpersonal abilities. Effective design communication and presentation capabilities. Established track record of building long-term relationships with clients and team members. Ability to devise successful strategies for securing and executing projects. Education & Experience:

15+ years of professional architectural experience, including 10+ years focused on healthcare projects. Licensed architect or the capability to obtain the required certification and licensure. Familiarity with healthcare-specific code requirements and FGI guidelines. Demonstrated history of leadership experience. Experience in project management from conceptual design through construction documentation. Location: Denver, Madison, Omaha, or St. Louis.
