Healthcare Architect / Studio Practice Leader - AE7

Candidates should be able to lead business development efforts, secure project work and manage staffing to achieve project scopes and deadlines. Establish the firm as a domestic leader in the Healthcare and Wellness Market SectorHelp to facilitate and secure Healthcare / Wellness related projects throughout the firmDevelop a thriving and stable healthcare studio To establish, cultivate and maintain good healthy relationships with potential and active clientsTo acknowledge, document, respond and organize project proposal documents and presentations for upcoming RFP’s and client InterviewsWork with AE7’s marketing / graphics department to prepare relevant marketing materials, maintain up-to-date project data for AE7’s database and websiteTo Attend RFP’s query sessions and client Interviews, as the introductory face / Healthcare market sector leader of AE7To formulate and prepare project proposals which would define AE7’s role / scope of work and fee structuresCreate and maintain a client list, Identifying key clientsReconnect with clients on Annual / Biannual / as needed basis. Business Development Responsibilities: Lead Design and Programming efforts for health-related projectsMinimum of 20 years’ experience in architecture / architecture interiors with a main focus of your career in the healthcare / wellness industryBachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fieldStrong knowledge FGI guidelines and/or other healthcare governing authority guidelinesGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a teamAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficientlyStrong written and verbal communication skills
