This role requires a balance of creative design thinking, technical proficiency, and strong project management capabilities.Key Responsibilities Design & PlanningWork closely with healthcare professionals, administrators, and clinical staff to identify and address the functional, clinical, and operational requirements of medical facilitiesCreate comprehensive architectural designs that comply with healthcare industry regulations, safety standards, and infection prevention protocolsPlan spatial arrangements that enhance patient circulation, staff productivity, and emergency response capabilitiesChoose materials and surface treatments that promote cleanliness, longevity, and patient well-beingAssist in creating innovative solutions such as modular and adaptable healthcare spaces for future readinessTechnical CoordinationPartner with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of building systems tailored for medical environmentsApply Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to develop accurate three-dimensional representations and simulationsPerform site evaluations and feasibility analyses, including zoning compliance and environmental impact reviewsComplete and file documentation necessary for regulatory permissions, licenses, and compliance inspectionsProject ManagementAdhere to project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery#J-18808-Ljbffr
