Lead the on-site architectural function for complex healthcare and specialty care environments across planning, documentation, and construction administration.Guide architectural quality across active projects, ensuring strong technical execution, documentation accuracy, and coordination discipline.Set standards for drawing quality, code alignment, production workflows, and internal design best practices.Mentor architects and designers, align resources across priorities, and promote accountability, responsiveness, and professional growth.Work closely with construction, field, and client stakeholders to resolve design issues early and keep projects advancing smoothly.Review design packages, submittals, and project documentation with an eye toward constructability, consistency, and risk reduction.Support business development efforts through conceptual planning, presentations, and practical input related to scope, budget, and value optimization.Help create and refine scalable operating procedures that improve collaboration between design, project, and field teams.Maintain visibility into schedules, deliverables, and staffing needs across multiple assignments.Promote compliance with healthcare-related design requirements, life safety considerations, and applicable regulatory expectations. Licensed Architect required, NCARB certification preferred.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited program.Approximately 12 or more years of architecture experience, including substantial exposure to healthcare projects.Demonstrated success leading teams, improving processes, and driving consistent project delivery.Strong command of Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and related architectural production tools.Working familiarity with modern visualization, capture, or field technology is valued.Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to coach others while maintaining high standards.Experience partnering with both internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced project setting.
