Healthcare Project Architect Revit

Position: Healthcare Project Architect with Revit Experience JRJ Architects, an architecture firm focusing on healthcare architecture, is currently seeking a Healthcare Project Architect for full-time work in our Portland, OR metro area office. Professional licensure preferred. FGI and NFPA knowledge preferred.Team management and leadership skills preferred including the ability to effectively lead a team from design through construction.Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.Visual awareness and an eye for detail. Ability to work calmly and effectively under deadlines.Ability to ensure work and activities are fiscally responsible and meet budget requirements.Effective and professional written & verbal communication skills.Ability to work autonomously and be self-directed.Cooperative & collaborative team member. Interface with code enforcing agencies and construction officials during the permitting and construction phase of the project.Collaborate and coordinate with consultants, construction agencies, general contractors, users, and authorities having jurisdiction to ensure successful completion of projects within established budget and timeframe.Process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI’s during construction if necessary.Maintain appropriate records for project phases in accordance with established firm and industry standards.Ensure all project activities are budget responsible and meet established schedule and deadlines.Participate in marketing efforts, proposals, presentations, and new client interviews as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
