Healthcare Project Architect with Revit Experience

Professional licensure preferred. Regional Healthcare architecture experience highly preferred. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to create, monitor, and adhere to project schedulesAbility to work efficiently and switch priorities as needed to manage tasks for multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work calmly and effectively under deadlinesAbility to ensure work and activities are fiscally responsible and meet budget requirements. Collaborate and coordinate with consultants, construction agencies, general contractors, users, and authorities having jurisdiction to ensure successful completion of projects within established budget and timeframe.Process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI's during construction if necessary.Maintain appropriate records for project phases in accordance with established firm and industry standards.
