This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality design and technical solutions. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take on increasing responsibility to expand their expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and integrate architectural and consultant construction documents, including redlining, detailing, quality control reviews, and consultant communicationDevelop creative design solutions that align with project requirements and constraintsTranslate design concepts into visual representations and detailed documentationProduce and refine construction documents and technical detailing solutionsAssist in developing and maintaining project schedulesPresent technical solutions effectively to clients and stakeholdersSupport team leadership by mentoring junior staff and leveraging team strengthsProactively resolve conflicts between design intent, technical requirements, and project goals in collaboration with project leadershipApply industry standards, codes, and best practices throughout the design and construction processDemonstrate knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and project timelinesStay current with evolving methodologies, technologies, materials, and regulationsParticipate in client meetings, presentations, and project discussionsContribute to maintaining and strengthening client relationshipsQualificationsBachelor's or professional degree in Architecture (accredited program or equivalent required)Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial architecture, with demonstrated healthcare project experienceProfessional licensure or progress toward licensure preferredStrong commitment to quality assurance and quality control processesComprehensive understanding of construction documentation and assembly of drawing setsSolid knowledge of building construction, detailing, and constructability considerationsAbility to lead and collaborate effectively within a diverse project teamExperience in client management, presentations, and business development supportStrengths in conceptual design, master planning, and technical executionExcellent organizational, communication, and presentation skillsProficiency in Revit strongly preferred; experience with additional 3D tools is a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities and coordinate deliverables effectivelyExperience with all phases of design documentation, construction administration, and consultant coordinationStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAdaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWork EnvironmentThis is a full-time, in-office position requiring attendance at the assigned office location during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Consistent, reliable on-site presence is essential to the role.
