Description Grace Design Studios is seeking a talented and driven Healthcare Project Manager or Project Architect with 5-10 years of relevant experience to lead projects and cultivate strong client relationships in our Fort Myers Health + Wellness Studio. Responsibilities Lead healthcare projects of varying scale through all phases of design and construction.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design excellence and project success.Manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining compliance with healthcare codes and standards.Oversee and contribute to the production of high-quality construction documents.Mentor junior team members and foster collaborative studio culture.Collaborate with multiple offices and team members. Accredited degree in Architecture.5–10 years of architectural experience, with a strong background in Florida based healthcare projects.Architectural licensure preferredStrong project and client management experience, with demonstrated leadership and communication skills.Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with healthcare codes and regulations.
