Duties

Develop comprehensive architectural designs for healthcare facilities, incorporating sustainable practices and building code compliance.
Create detailed construction drawings and construction detail documentation using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and Rhino 3D.
Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools like NavisWorks and Revit to coordinate project workflows and facilitate accurate 3D modeling for architectural design.
Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating to ensure timely delivery within scope and financial parameters.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants through negotiation to align project goals and resolve design or construction challenges.
Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations using Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, and other graphic design software to communicate design intent effectively.
Oversee construction management activities including contract administration, construction accessibility regulations adherence, renovation projects, and interior design integration.
Conduct building code analysis and ensure regulatory compliance throughout all project phases.
Lead the development of construction management plans, contracts, and construction documentation to streamline project execution.

Requirements

Proven experience in architectural design with a strong focus on healthcare or similar complex environments.
Extensive knowledge of construction management, construction documentation, and regulatory compliance related to healthcare facilities.
Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD; BIM tools such as NavisWorks; 3D modeling applications like Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D; and rendering software including 3ds Max.
Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, negotiation, and business development within an architectural or construction context.
Familiarity with sustainable design principles and building code analysis specific to healthcare environments.
Ability to produce detailed construction drawings and construction detail documentation accurately.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Construction experience with a focus on renovation projects or interior design is highly desirable.
Knowledge of construction accessibility regulations and building information modeling (BIM) best practices.

Pay: $108,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year
