High Reliability Unit Culture Architect

Streamlines processes to align with the High-Reliability Framework domains of Leadership, Culture, Knowledge, and Learning Systems. Works with the operational team to implement the framework for high-reliability healthcare in work units throughout the organization. [Required] Demonstrates knowledge and use of effective performance improvement and change management techniques with the ability to lead the implementation of new models and ensure the goals are achieved. Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
