HR Solutions Architect

A company is looking for an HR Solutions Architect to provide configuration support and technical guidance for the UKG Pro platform. Key Responsibilities Perform UKG platform configuration to support HR initiatives and system enhancements Serve as the technical advisor on the feasibility, effort, and impact of proposed changes Create solution architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and integration maps Required Qualifications Proven experience as a UKG Subject Matter Expert with hands-on configuration knowledge of the UKG Pro platform Expertise in UKG platform configuration is required Familiarity with HR systems domain knowledge, including payroll, time and attendance, benefits, and core HR functions Experience supporting or coordinating projects is preferred Ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders is preferred
