Human Resources Manager

Basic Function: The Human Resources Manager leads and administers the firm’s human resources function by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations strategies and HR policies, programs, and practices that support a professional, multi-disciplinary Architecture & Engineering (A&E) environment. Participates in payroll administration in coordination with finance and operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with wage and hour requirements applicable to professional services firms.
